Avengers: Doomsday – New Cast List Leaks With More Names
A new leak expands the Avengers: Doomsday cast list with even more characters involved in the film.

A new version of the Avengers: Doomsday cast list has started circulating, and while it keeps many of the names previously mentioned, it significantly expands the scope of the movie.
At first, the material appears to be a pre-reshoot update, which helps explain why some characters had not yet appeared in the list we previously covered here on the site.
More than just repeating confirmations, this new leak from the MTTSH profile offers clearer insight into the narrative direction the film seems to be taking.
1/4 – What’s different compared to the previous list
Compared to the list published earlier, the new leak adds characters that had not been mentioned before and broadens the overall scale of the project. The main additions are:
- Gwyneth Paltrow – Pepper Potts
- Hayley Atwell – Peggy Carter / “Scarlet Witch of Fate” (as described in the leak)
- Owen Wilson – Mobius
- India Hemsworth – Love
- Alex Livinalli – Attuma
- Mabel Cadena – Namora
- Franklin Richards – actor not yet revealed
- Benedict Cumberbatch – mystical aide to Doctor Doom (description used in the leak)
These names were not part of the previous list, and their inclusion points to a clear expansion of the mystical, political, and cosmic threads of the story.

2/4 – Strange alliances and a red flag
Among the new names, Peggy Carter’s presence tied directly to Doctor Doom’s side immediately stands out.
At the very least, this is an uncomfortable association, considering everything the character historically represents within the MCU. Placing her alongside the film’s main antagonist suggests manipulation, coercion, or something even darker at play.
But what truly raises alarms is the indirect confirmation of Doctor Strange’s presence.
In the leak, the character is described as a mystical aide to Doctor Doom, which opens the door to an unsettling possibility: betrayal or deception.
Whatever the explanation ends up being, the idea of Strange operating alongside Doom completely subverts expectations for the character and signals that Doomsday may lean heavily into double games, temporary alliances, and hidden agendas.
Whether driven by magical influence, strategic calculation, or ideological corruption, this setup suggests that the conflict will not be purely physical.
There is a clear intent to explore broken trust and morally gray choices, exactly the territory where Doctor Doom tends to thrive.
3/4 – The previous list, for context
For continuity, the earlier list already included major names such as:
- Robert Downey Jr. – Doctor Doom
- Chris Evans – Steve Rogers
- Chris Hemsworth – Thor
- Anthony Mackie – Sam Wilson / Captain America
- Sebastian Stan – Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier
- Paul Rudd – Scott Lang / Ant-Man
- Letitia Wright – Shuri / Black Panther
- Simu Liu – Shang-Chi
- Wyatt Russell – John Walker / U.S. Agent
- Florence Pugh – Yelena Belova
- Lewis Pullman – Bob / Sentry
- Danny Ramirez – Joaquin Torres / Falcon
- David Harbour – Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian
- Hannah John-Kamen – Ava Starr / Ghost
- Winston Duke – M’Baku
- Tenoch Huerta Mejía – Namor
- Vanessa Kirby – Sue Storm / Invisible Woman
- Joseph Quinn – Johnny Storm / Human Torch
- Ebon Moss-Bachrach – Ben Grimm / The Thing
- Pedro Pascal – Reed Richards / Mister Fantastic
- Patrick Stewart – Professor Charles Xavier
- Ian McKellen – Magneto
- Kelsey Grammer – Hank McCoy / Beast
- Alan Cumming – Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler
- Rebecca Romijn – Mystique
- James Marsden – Scott Summers / Cyclops
- Channing Tatum – Remy LeBeau / Gambit
- Tom Hiddleston – Loki
- Iman Vellani – Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel
- Hailee Steinfeld – Kate Bishop / Hawkeye
- Kathryn Newton – Cassie Lang
- Gwyneth Paltrow – Pepper Potts
- Hayley Atwell – Peggy Carter
- Ryan Reynolds – Wade Wilson / Deadpool
- Hugh Jackman – Logan / Wolverine
- Tobey Maguire – Peter Parker / Spider-Man
In other words, the foundation of the film remains strong. What changes now is the density and interconnectedness between the different corners of the story.
4/4 – A bigger movie than it first appeared
With this update, Avengers: Doomsday no longer looks like just another massive crossover and instead starts to feel like a full convergence point for the MCU, bringing together heroes, villains, mutants, cosmic characters, and legacy figures within a single structure.
If this list holds true, the film’s biggest challenge will not be ambition, but narrative balance.
