Avengers: Doomsday – Doctor Doom’s Dark Origin in the Film Leaked

Leaked: the new and dark origin of the villain Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday - learn more.

Avengers: Doomsday will hit theaters on December 18, and will finally introduce the greatest villain of the Marvel Universe: Doctor Doom.

The villain will be played by none other than Robert Downey Jr.. Yes, after shining as the hero Iron Man, the actor now returns to portray a great villain.

We still don’t know exactly how this will work, only that it has to do with the multiverse, an element that Marvel has been exploring extensively in its latest films.

The villain, in fact, is the main draw of the new Avengers adventure. However, Marvel has been keeping him under wraps in the film’s marketing. Either way, a new leak has brought important information.

Avengers: Doomsday will give Doctor Doom a new origin!

According to MTTSH, a Marvel leak source, it will all begin with Doctor Doom trying to undo an incursion.

Beware of spoilers below.

In the MCU, Doctor Doom will be from Earth-838, the same universe as The Fantastic Four: First Steps. He will discover that his universe is suffering an incursion, which is nothing more than the collision of two different alternate universes, causing the destruction of both.

His universe has been suffering an incursion ever since Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) went to start a family in it. Since they don’t belong there, they are unknowingly causing temporal/multiversal damage.

And that’s where one of the twists of Avengers: Doomsday will come in: Doctor Doom will spend hours in his laboratory trying to undo this incursion he discovered. In one of his experiments, something will go wrong that will kill the character’s family and also damage his entire body.

After this incident, where he will lose his wife, his son, and gain eternal scars, the villain will develop a deadly hatred toward Steve Rogers. His spirit of vengeance should guide much of the plot.
