A new promotional image tied to Avengers: Doomsday briefly appeared on Amazon before being removed, but not before fans captured it. The artwork, featured on licensed merchandise, focuses on Doctor Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.
The design presents the villain’s helmet alongside a stylized logo. What immediately caught fans’ attention, however, was a rare detail: Doom’s eyes are visible through the mask.
Surprisingly, the character appears to have bright green eyes. This contrasts with Downey Jr.’s well-known dark brown eyes, familiar to Marvel audiences from his years as Tony Stark.
Does Doctor Doom Really Have Green Eyes?
In Marvel Comics, Victor von Doom is traditionally described as having brown eyes. Still, artists often depict them glowing in shades of green or yellow when seen through his metal mask, emphasizing the fusion of advanced technology and mystical power.
