Who Are the Enforcers

The group debuted during the early years of Spider-Man comics. The original lineup included Montana, Fancy Dan, and Ox — three characters tied to New York’s criminal underworld. They are not supervillains in the traditional sense. Instead, they are mobsters, hired muscle, and enforcers who rely on brute force and intimidation.

This profile aligns with the film’s reported direction. Spider-Man 4 is expected to be a grounded, street-level story with no multiverse elements, focused on the streets of New York.
