Spider-Man 4: Leaked Video of Opening Scene With Peter and the Punisher Reveals Conversation

During the filming of Spider-Man: Brand New Day last year, several set videos showing a scene between Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) were leaked.

In the footage, the brutal anti-hero appears driving his van through the streets of New York while Peter Parker is on the vehicle’s hood.

In the videos released at the time, it was not possible to hear any of the dialogue between the heroes. However, part of Spider-Man’s conversation with The Punisher has just been revealed.

Spider-Man and The Punisher Scene

Reliable insider @BorkEternal, who claims to have worked on the production of Spider-Man 4, stated that although this leaked scene is brief, it is revealed during the peculiar encounter between Spider-Man and The Punisher that the two have already crossed paths a few times before the events of Brand New Day.

Bork also claims that Peter has a typical knack for annoying Frank Castle, indicating that Spidey will tease The Punisher about this in the scene.

The alleged member of the Spider-Man 4 production team also revealed that this is the movie’s opening scene.

It would be great if there were flashbacks of The Punisher and Spider-Man’s other encounters in NY. However, insider @Culture3ase added to BorkEternal’s information, saying that the film will not show an introduction to this relationship.

In Spider-Man 4, Peter Parker and The Punisher will come into conflict due to their opposing views on how to handle crime and because, according to rumors, Frank will be protecting the mutant Jean Grey (Sadie Sink), who will be hunted by a US government division.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day opens in US theaters on July 31st.
