Spider-Man 4: Brand New Day is a movie shrouded in mystery, especially regarding the main villain of the plot, a secret that has been very well kept.
Yes, filming has wrapped and the premiere is set for July, yet Marvel and Sony still have not revealed the film’s big antagonist.
However, plenty of villains have already been announced. For instance, we will see the return of Scorpion (Michael Mando) and the introduction of Tombstone (Marvin Jones III). Additionally, there will be other villains like Boomerang and Tarantula.
The list does not stop there. Another villain has just been confirmed for the film, and to the fans’ surprise, it is actually an X-Men antagonist.
Spider-Man 4 will feature an X-Men villain!
One of the actors confirmed for the film for a while now is Tramell Tillman, who became widely known for his work in the Apple TV+ series Severance.
His character, however, had never been revealed by Marvel or Sony. But now, the outlet Nexus Point has just revealed his identity.
Tramell Tillman will play William Metzger, a character who leads an anti-mutant militia in the comics and has caused plenty of trouble for the X-Men.
In Spider-Man 4, the villain will be the leader of the Department of Damage Control and will have his sights set on Sadie Sink’s character. It is worth remembering that, according to many sources, she will be playing Jean Grey.
