Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is the new movie of the biggest tiny hero of the Marvel universe. After two solo films and being part of two major events with the Avengers (Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Endgame), the third one might be even bigger. No pun intended.

After all, Quantumania will bring the tiny heroes duo played by Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly. But this time, we’ll have a very important player added. That’s because Jonathan Majors is confirmed as Kang: The Conqueror, one of the most famous Avengers villain and time traveler.

Jonathan first appeared on Loki‘s incredible finale, as one of Kang’s variants. So the fact that he’s back, means that Ant-Man 3 will be VERY important for the moving forward plot of MCU’s next saga.

With most of the actors returning, as the director Peyton Reed, it looked like we wouldn’t have many changes. But that’s not the case, and it was revelead that one of the actors of the two previous installments would NOT be coming back.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, T.I. is not part of the new movie’s cast. The rapper/actor played Dave on ‘Ant-Man’ and ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’, one of Scott Lang’s friends and former-crime partners. And here’s the reason why.

T.I. is out of the Marvel universe

A few months ago, T.I and his wife, Tameka Harris (known as Tiny), has been facing a number of charges of sexual assaulting and drugging four women. The lawsuit is ongoing, but even if they are cleared of the accusations, this might still be a major issue for Marvel and Disney.

Even though this is far more serious, the backlash of the case can be compared to Gina Carano being fired by Disney. As you might know, the ‘Mandalorian’ former star was fired over antisemitism accusations in a few online comments.

But this might be just gossip and T.I. is not returning due his character being simply removed from the plot. Which is very possible.
